Mr. Raied: Arabian Ceramics Manufacturing Company (ACMC) is one of the leading ceramic tiles manufactures in the Middle East. We are located in Al Khumra District, in the south of Jeddah’s first Industrial City. Our manufacturing plant is spread over an area of 200,000 sqm and was founded in 2006 by Sheikh Khaled Bagedo. Since the very beginning, ACMC has been using state of art technology and the best raw materials available with a strong and competent team of experts. We are providing a dynamic, original, exclusive and affordable range of ceramic tiles.

In ACMC there is no limit to improvement, we are constantly striving to improve our efficiency taking steps to make our processes even more effective. Currently, we’re adding one more production line to produce new ceramic sizes and also porcelain.

Stone & Surface team: Why have you decided to participate at Stone and Surface Saudi Arabia 2018 as a Sponsor?

Mr. Raied: Locally, we’re known as “Al Dar” which is one of our products. I believe Stone & Surface Saudi Arabia will provide us with the opportunity to put our brand “Arabian Ceramics” forward.

Stone & Surface team: What are trends that you are currently witnessing in the supply and demand for ceramic tiles internationally and in KSA in particular? What makes the KSA market unique to other destinations?

Mr Raied: Let me start with the second question, KSA products are well known and highly recommended in the international market for quality and performance. The same applies to Arabian Ceramics, we’re certified by Saudi Standard (SASO Quality Mark) SSA 1031, the European & International Standard EN 144111 & ISO 13006 as well as management system as per EN ISO 9001: 2008.

Stone & Surface team: What are trends that you are currently seeing in the design and construction industries in KSA?

Mr. Raied:  The government is pushing the wheel forward in the right direction by prioritizing construction projects.

Stone & Surface team: Is there anything else that you would like to add?

Mr. Raied: The future looks promising if we think differently, look more at research and development, invest wisely and work smart.
